It use my full authority to note your qualities in the discussion. One could attribute my approval as gratitude for the homage and suspect a secret on your behalf for the work which should not have been given. Bring, (...) your poem without dedication to the General Secretariat of the Institute with a sealed note (...). Note the timing and rank (...). He notes that the Academy’s decision will be made in August.
