 Six engraved borders by SCOTIN and DESPLACES after DUPLESSIS, heading on prologue and each act.  
Example of Marquis de SIMIANE coat of arms (1671-1718) [O. H. R., 1604 (which cites another work by Lully with his arms)].

 Example has a binding with a melomane's coat of arms, 18th Century.
