Games case signed Alphonse Giroux


Multi-lobed shaped games case upholstered with red velvet. Lid ornated with eighteen medaillions with painted playing cards encircling the initials "Q.B.". Surmounted with a gilded bronze marquis crown. Eighteen, shapely pigeon holes along the interior, some removable, containing mother of pearl chips with gilded decor. Four, small brass feet.

Work from the firm Alphonse Giroux, signed on the keylock.
