Large earthenware ovoid wet drug jar fitted with two side handles. Polychrome decoration on one side under spout with crowned coat of arms with double-headed eagle. Surrounded with acanthus leaves held by two putti. Scrollwork and ornamentation on rim.

Marked on lower section AQ. PLANTAGINIS

Late 18th-Early 19th Century

Height: 42 cm (16-1/2 in.)

Crack on rim and chips on spout and base.
