Perpetual Atmos pendulum clock, stepped black and grey marble cabinet. Roman numeral dial-plate.

The Atmos clock has a distinctive feature where by it functions by variations of temperature and atmospheric pressure which lead to the winding of its spring. It does not, therefore require manual reassembly. The first model was invented in 1928 by Jean-Léon Reutter, the patent was acquired by the factory Jaeger-Lecoultre in 1936.
