Liqueur cabinet, late 19th Century


Rectangular liqueur cabinet in ebonized wood resting on four small disk feet. Cover with marquetry of bone, walnut-gnarl wood and brass, decorated with two foxes amongst leaves and a sheep protome. Interior with gilt metal mount offering sixteen liqueur glasses with gilt enameled threading and four decanters with engraved floral motifs. Faceted stoppers.

Height: 28,5 cm (11.2 in) - Length : 34,5 cm (13.5 in)- Width : 25,5 cm (10 in).

Cracks, accidents and losses, notably on the cover . Decanter stopper re-glued and glue in the bottle neck
